Senior Sales Manager – Samridhi Luxuriya Avenue

Role: Senior Sales Manager – Real Estate

Location: Samridhi Luxuriya Avenue, Sector 150, Noida

Experience: 6–12 years in Real Estate Sales (Residential/High-End Projects)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive bookings and revenue for Samridhi Luxuriya Avenue.
• Generate and nurture leads through channel partners, corporate tie-ups, and direct clients.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and property presentations to prospective buyers.
• Build strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and referral business.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to stay ahead in the market.
• Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for campaign execution and client support.
• Ensure seamless post-sales service and documentation for all transactions.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in premium real estate projects.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of the Noida–Greater Noida–Delhi NCR real estate market.
• Ability to manage teams and motivate them to deliver outstanding results.
